Program Overview
The online Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration concentration is designed for students seeking to move into a professional career in the criminal justice field or for those already in the profession wishing to upgrade their skills or to seek new professional competencies.
Students graduating from the BS in Criminal Justice program will be prepared to consider a wide range of potential career options such as pre-law, law enforcement, administration, investigation, social services, and human resources.
The Criminal Justice Administration concentration prepares the student for advancement into administrative areas and their associated duties.
The BS in Criminal Justice program courses are open for enrollment twice a month.
Program Objectives
The objectives of the online BS in Criminal Justice program are to:
- Provide students with a well-rounded education through the study of mathematics, natural sciences, social science, humanities, and written and oral communication.
- Enable students to develop analytical and critical thinking and interpersonal skills applicable to real-world problems, especially those involving the criminal justice system, criminal behavior and theories, and applied human relations sciences.
